The Newsroom<\/em><\/a> is buzzing: Patrick Fabian<\/strong> is a dad again!<\/p>\n

The actor and his wife, comedienne and writer Mandy Steckelberg<\/strong><\/a>, welcomed their second daughter, Delilah Grace<\/strong>, on Saturday, July 28 in Los Angeles, his rep confirms to PEOPLE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Born at home, the baby girl weighed 8 lbs., 12 oz. and measured 18 inches long. \u201cTwo is definitely more than one. Couldn\u2019t be happier!\u201d Fabian says.<\/p>\n

Already dad to daughter Abbey Ray<\/strong>, 22 months<\/a>, the proud papa jokes that he is surrounded by lovely ladies.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow I live in the House of Estrogen; a beautiful wife, two beautiful daughters, even my two dogs are girls,\u201d Fabian, 47, tells PEOPLE exclusively. \u201cI don\u2019t think anyone\u2019s gonna ever listen to me again!\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Fabian, who will next appear in Atlas Shrugged Part II<\/em><\/a>, his friends find his situation rather funny! \u201cAll my friends said, \u2018God must have a sense of humor\u2019 when they found out I was having another daughter,\u201d he shares. \u201cWhat exactly do they mean?\u201d<\/p>\n
